Question: If I go straight to my home’s targeted market price with your accelerated program, what do we do when buyers lowball my price if my cushion is gone?
Answer: They won’t! By pricing your home exactly where it will sale on the market, buyers will meet you right where we place it because they know its priced exactly where it should be.
Question: What happens if we agree on a price and then the buyer wants multiple items fixed after a home inspection
Answer: We should consider doing a home inspection up front and repairing items listed in the report.
Question: I don’t feel comfortable accelerating my price. Is there a more conservative approach to get results?
Answer: I have a second option outside the 30 to 60 day program that takes a more conventional approach. The listing period is stretched out to 150 days on the market to go through a 30 to 40 day trial period with your pricing, with 2 restructures. However, I believe after you sit during the most crucial window of opportunity during your time on the market (the first 30 days) with little to no activity or offers, you’ll see the pricing I give you is on point.
